This product is poorly documented, but straight forward enough.
I have used this product for a month now, and while it does work there are ways it could be improved. Background: I am using this on RPi4 with 4 gigs of ram. I am running this with dual 18650 batteries. I run a picamera and a cana fan for cooling. What is good so far: the product works as intended. I am capable of unplugging my pi and it runs independant of a cord. When I run various projects the batteries do not overheat. This is a positive as cooling is an issue on current RPi 4 and can cause throttling. I have connected my RPi 4 through GPIO and it works fine. The setup was straight forward and fairly simple. What needs improvement: The biggest issue I have with this product is the utter lack of documentation. For instance, there is little to explain how charging works. Do i let the device continue to charge after all the green lights are illuminated. Does the light change to red when it is done, or does a red light indicate some undesirable state? The battery is capable of running off of single or dual battery, does this change the light indicators in anyway? Basically, it would be nice if there was more general info. While web resource are out there, I was not able to find more than surface documentation. Maybe someone has fully documented this device, but I was unable to find it. Also, I believe that this device is manfactured under different names, by different companies. I could be wrong about this, but found similiar device. These also seemed to lack full documentation. One aspect that i found to be kind of off putting was that the GPIO connector from the ups hangs over side. This would make the any case that would fit both device have to extend an additional 10mm or so. While this hang over is not a lot, when you are working with pi projects, size of the builds is part of the reason for using RPi. so it is an increase that could be built differently. If you are prototyping this device will likely work for your purposes, but it is not a slick as it could be. Some functions that are missing are already mentioned in the product description.

This is not a ups
After 2 days of use, the 75% led stopped working, but I can work around that problem. However, after three weeks of using this as a ups, it stopped powering the raspberry pi for more than 2 minutes. Although it charges batteries (unprotected, as specified), it will boot up the raspberry pi 3B+, but the system loses power after just a couple of minutes. This happens regardless if the ups is running on main or battery power. Total waste of money.

Not actually a UPS
You should consider this more of a battery pack for the Raspberry Pi. I returned my units because they would switch to running on battery even when wall power was present and then drain until the Pi would power off.If all you want is something that will let you turn on your Pi and run it for a long time away from wall power this is great. It is not a UPS though.
