Love this box cutter, super sharp, nice weight to it, and it contracts automatically for safety. Easy to use and has a nice grip to it.

My favorite utility knife ever
My favorite utility knife ever... I don't use a utility knife everyday, so I love the safety features of this one... it's automatically retracted blade (spring loaded) is a must... and the blade is so simple to change, no tools required, it can be set up for righties or lefties, the extra blades also come in a great re-closable plastic case. I have 4 of these at my house (in the kitchen, the garage, the office, and one in my car) and I have one at work too.

Safe box cutter!
I worked in the cotton mills back in 2002'. I had a box cutter, I think it was a Stanley, one of the types that it doesn't close at all...I picked up my daughter after work one evening after working late. My daughter reached to get her seatbelt on in my 1986 Oldsmobile Cutlass as she was talking up a storm. Then she paused talking and looked up at me and slowly opened a blood covered hand! She had grabbed my boxcutter instead...15 stitches and a very angry grandmother.... I went to work the next day and told them about it and they gave me one of these OLFA box cutters! :D It's 2018 and even though it's dull for I don't know how to change the blade.. I still use it daily!!! AND this box cutter has caused NO stitches on anyone :) Other than the blade being rough/dull it still looks new!I bought me another one this week for a friend of mine... He has a daughter too.
