Wasnt super expensive and works as good as the one I paid 300.00 for 3 yes ago. The steps were cracking and we aren't heavy people. The new one has nice solid steps

This ladder was not what it was advertised. The picture that came with ladder was not the ladder was not that picture. It was very weak. All parts were not there. Went to return it and it was $84 to return it even though we are prime. So we have a ladder that is not usable.

Very sturdy. Holds up to children getting in and out a million times and the grandparents feel secure getting in and out as well. Only issue we have is with the automatic vacuum, it can get stuck behind the ladder.

Love this great product easy to install it is slip resistant. Light weight and good width

Install was more difficult than expected as I had to cut the bars down 1.5 inches to get the ladder to rest on the bottom of the 54" pool when attached to my outside steps. Once installed, the ladder works fine but there is quite a bit of flexing that occurs when using it to enter or exit the pool. The steps are solid but the bars and frame are fairly lightweight. I wouldn't use this if anyone in my family exceeded the weight limits specified.

Veryyyy flimsy. Steps are hollow and not sturdy at all

Great, but broken can't return because I have to pay twice what I pay for it.
