customer service is great!!
made my 180 reef look sooo much better than what I was using. Any problems that I can't handle, which are few, are easily answered by their customer service. They are very easy to understand.One light I was having issues with was a year and a half old and they sent a free replacement out pdq. Highly recommend them

Downgrade from 52
What is with the software downgrade?Have been using 52's and the app works well. With the 64 they removed many features.For example, there is no OFF option. When selecting the 52's, I get ALL ON or ALL OFF. With the 64's, only option is LIGHTS ON. How is that useful when the lights are already on? They did however add LIVE DEMO. What possible use could that be to the owner? They also removed the cloud option, although they falsely advertise it, you can only connect directly or through the router it is connected to. No option to connect when not near that particular router. GHL Mitras will be my next purchase.
