I found this knee brace very useful for meniscus tears and cartridge degeneration behind my knee cap. I feel it stabilises and protects it on walks that may have inclines or uneven ground (most outside places today!). Helps to stop me twisting my knee too. It isn’t too stiff to put on either just about enough support. Wish they made it in different colours though as have to attach it to outside of my tight jeans.

I didn't purchase this item purely as it is too large for me but this would be brilliant for those with larger or swollen knees as the straps are really long and the velcro is strong. Really nice quality product and looks smart, I need to wear mine for work and these look expensive. Decent patella padding too as I have chondromalacia patella in both knees. Feels secure and comfortable

What is wrong with people can they not pick the right size off the shelf? I ordered as have a floating patella I ordered a small med, but the useless picker sent LARGE.. Byr Bye I will return and order from another supplier. NO HAPPY AT All... Well reordered and they sent correct size so check the sizing before buying. The product itself is well made very supple, holds everything in place with fantastic support. The patella area is firmly held in place and gives confidence when wearing. It is also surprisingly very comfortable to wear. It is not really suitable to be worn under trousers unless loose fitting but in shorts no issue and you get sympathy from who ever sees you wearing it lol .. I am now PLEASED Thank you for sending the correct fitting size X

I was initially very happy with this knee brace. It offered great support for the first few months, and I appreciated the ease of putting it on and taking it off thanks to the Velcro straps. However, after just a few months without any washing, the Velcro has lost its adhesiveness significantly. The brace no longer stays securely in place, which defeats the purpose of wearing it for support.It's frustrating that the Velcro gave out so quickly, especially considering I haven't even washed the brace. This makes it unusable for me now. While the initial support was good, the lack of durability is a major drawback.I wouldn't recommend this brace to others unless they're prepared to replace it frequently due to the Velcro issue.

Easy to wear. Comfortable. Adjustable straps help avoid over tightening and the feeling of restriction of fluid in the lower leg over time. Knee felt supported.Measure your leg before making your decision.

These are excellent quality. Have been working over and over again and wash very well. They have velcro adjustment straps so would fit a variety of knee size. My hubby says they are very comfortable and he wears them whilst working, he does a very physical job and reports them to be excellent. Providing a lot of support and reliving pain and discomfort. He also says they stay put, not sliding down his leg.

Had a grade 2 Medial Collateral Ligament tear in early January.My Orthopaedic consultant advised me to get a knee brace. I got a more expensive hinged knee brace for walking, and this for at night when I was sleeping. (When I got a lot of my pain, as I sleep on my side putting stress on the remaining ligament)Unfortunately I found the hinged brace too uncomfortable to wear as it irritated the back of the knee. This one however was comfortable to wear and gave me all the support I needed. It stopped the partial dislocations I would suffer, and virtually stopped the night pain.The worsening pain I was suffering quickly resolved, and by preventing the partial dislocations it allowed the ligament to tighten back and stabilised my knee again. For me it’s been life changing, the physio alone wasn’t helping much, but when this was added, there was a rapid improvement in my pain levels and stability.Mine was a pure MCL rupture, the later MRI confirmed that there was no meniscal or ACL involvement that the Consultant feared. So while it proved to be the perfect brace for my knee, you should take advice if this is the right one for your injury.I’ve also only been using this for about 6 weeks, so can’t comment on the longer term durability (I’ve previously used an elbow brace which while was fantastic initially the Velcro started to become ineffective after 2 months) but so far so good!
