While no jam / marmalade / preserve / conserve comes close to the luscious taste of FRESH raspberries, this one comes quite close, with 55% fruit content.Fresh raspberries CANNOT be found in India, as they grow in low altitude, cold climate areas of Northern Europe and North America, and that too, they are grown in winter - optimum cultivation temperatures are (-40) to (-5) degree Celsius. Major producers are Russia and USA (pipping Poland down to 3rd position).So, if you can travel to any of those 2-3 places in the winter, you CAN EAT FRESH raspberries, otherwise stay content with these raspberry preserves. {Personally, I find this Spanish product better tasting than St. Dalfour, a French product, that has 51% fruit content}.

Don’t know if it has sugar or not. Atleast my bottle is not broken when delivered.
