Takes a surprising amount of wood
Ill admit I was a tad sceptical when I viewed this with my own eyes. It looked tight, I’ll be honest. Wood girth is a concern for me and I wasn’t sure this would take a generous log without busting a seam or two. How wrong was I? It took a full fat one and then several more without so much as a creaky seam. It’s been a while since I’ve been able to drop a decent load next to the comfort of an open fire. Apart from camping. Although my fellow campers don’t seem to enjoy it as much as I do. Something about only having one fire and sharing and stuff.Buy it. It’s beautiful.
