Haven't used nail splitters before, so maybe this applies to all of them...but I found this painful to use on my big toenail. It did the job, but maybe I just have a thick toenail? Not sure of how sharp it was. This probably works much better for someone who doesn't have thick toenails.

My opinion only.
My review is neutral. It is what it is advertised but not outstanding. Fit and finish could use attention. May not make much difference but the cutting surfaces could use some consistency. Especially for something that is, well, jammed under a nail T.I. use it.
