It works very well for removing my black heads on my nose and chin. Once I got the hang of how to use it and what amount of pressure I could handle removing blackheads and whiteheads went from a 20 minute ordeal that left my face red and bleeding to a simple removal with less redness, no swelling, and no bleeding. I have had them for over a month and they have held up just fine.

The tools in the set are sturdy and there are several different option of tools to use. I prefer to use the small circle. (It works best on black heads)The holder is cheap items don't stay in and the rubber band part broke within the first week so it is now useless.I thought the sheet that came with it would explain how to use each tool. Which tool to use on which type of blemishes but instead it tells you the very basic nothing you could not figure out on your or with a quick Google search.Bottom line - not worth the money

this product works great. I only routinely use a few of the tools, but nice having them all. Important to follow directions and to keep them clean. My daughter just started getting black heads and acne and has been using her own set of tools and it has helped to keep her skin clear. Tools work really well if you follow the instructions.

This item shipped fast, however it is missing the tall middle tool! The case has loops in it where the tools are suppose to be fitted into so they don't move around when the case is zipped up, but all the tools were loose (I know it isn't a big deal but it shows how hastily it was packed that they couldn't just fit them into the loops). Also the first tool in the pic has ridges where you hold it (on the fat part) and the metal coating is missing in most of the ridges, so in them it is black and I would guess it will rust or something after cleaning it. I have contacted Amazon about the missing tool, so I will edit this if it gets worked out.

Surprisingly works very well on all pimples. Even more so if you wash your face first, to open the pores. The tools seem strong not flimsy and easy to grip. Nice case to keep them all together and easy to get to. Honestly, I didn't think it would do a thing but it works. It really gets the job done. I wish I had known about this product a long time ago.

I bought this thinking that it was going to be great and help with my blackheads and blemishes, but when I read the "directions" it didn't help me at all and when I looked up how to use it on YouTube, I tried it that way and washed my face then attempted using the right tool for blackhead removal, but you have to push down so hard to the point where it hurts and it still didn't remove anything. I don't recommend this product unless you know how to properly use it or are willing to hurt yourself to get a few blackheads out, if you're lucky to remove one at all.

I hate this product so much... I write this as the boyfriend of the girl who purchased it. The sick person that she is... loves to kill black heads in my ears. I will say this product is so effective it has some how effected my girlfriends brain chemistry into thinking that killing black heads is the same as taking two xanax. Every oppurtunity she has to take “her two xanax” is hell on my ears. I beg all of you to never let anyone purchase this euphoric product.
