I can not say enough good things about this product! Does exactly what it says. What sold me was a customers review video where he sprayed a bad mold spot and it disappeared without rubbing in less than 10 seconds. That’s exactly what it does. It’s pretty versatile too. We have this white fence that’s essentially plastic but it looks good anyway it was covered with greenish/brown spots from hurricanes kids lawnmowers etc spraying it and who knows what else. and there was actual mold in some tighter places. anyway I used an adjustable spray bottle and was able to cover it all pretty quickly and before I even finished I could see the pure solid white where I started. Then I tackled the back of the fence that was somehow more covered in grass/dirt/whatever.. like twice as bad especially where our hedges cover some of it. that needed two different sprayings but was no competition for this spray. My fence looks Brand new 🤩I also have a garbage disposal that gets used very often and for whatever reason it always starts to smell after a few days..no matter how well you rinse it. But I spray this in the garbage disposal every single night and the smell hasn’t come back and I’ve been using this for at least a year ..every night just a couple sprays straight in the garbage disposal. I try to cover the sides because I don’t know if you’ve ever looked at the underside of them but… It’s gross. I also use it in my showers, and since I used it the first time when it got everything off, nothing has come back. Maybe a little soap scum every now and then but nothing bad. This is an incredible product. they say to wear a mask. I don’t I just hold my breath, but I probably should. obviously it’s a very serious chemical so you want to be very careful. Somehow it always gets on my hands.. it doesn’t burn but it’s the consistency of bleach and it’s hard to get off the the way bleach is.

This product is magical. I tell you my DIY friends about how it effortlessly cleans stubborn mold stains. Use this product on outdoor pvc railing to make it perfectly clean without any scrubbing. It works on composite decking. I've tried powerwashing the railing and deck with no results, this spray makes all the difference. I've also use this product in my tiled shower as it removes all signs of soup scum, no scrubbing required. If you have any pool swimmies or plastic toys left in a damp environment with mold spots they will disappear but the bleach may also change their color. The fumes after spray are very strong. I recommend wearing a mask even when applying outside. It's not worth injuring your throat, lungs. I've heard others wear gloves. I only wear gloves for bigger jobs. Bottom line. Add this to your set of tools. Every house should have a bottle.

Smells awful- use ventilation (as expected). This worked wonders! We bought a 30 yr old home and the shower grout lines were black in several areas and even some green algae on the glass block window edges along the inside of the glass. My husband cleaned it all out in one day with this stuff. The grout lines look new, no traces of black. We had previously tried scrubbing them with various over the counter products but nothing else worked. It did take another day and half to get the odor out of the house after finishing but we opened the windows to speed that up. Def. will use this again.

What I didn't expect was a 15 minutes chore to open the jug. Darn near gave up and was going to drill a hole in the bottle before one final "push and turn." Was annoyed to have to disrobe from my gear because I got too hot trying to open it.I used the product in a spray bottle on a dry North facing surface that was getting a little mold build up. After 10 minutes of sitting and soaking I pressure sprayed and wiped it down. It's only been a couple weeks since doing that. So I don't know yet how long that results will last.I wore an old PVC rain coat with hood on and fitted safety glasses during a south wind day. It was definitely needed as it smelled pretty chemically even outdoors with a good breeze. Mainly smelled like a heavy Clorox.One star off because cap was probably messed up for why it was so difficult to open. It looked fine and the product was also bagged in the shipping box. Hopefully I'll be able to open it easier next time. 🤞🏻

We had some mold in the attic from a venting issue with one of the shower vents. We tried another product first that we bought at the big hardware store. It said it killed the mold so we sprayed the whole attic, not just the spot to be safe, but it did not look any different. So then we saw this product online and said let’s try it. The mold was disappearing before our eyes just like the guy showed on the YouTube video. We highly recommend the pro version because that’s what we bought. We were geared up in coveralls and masks and goggles because it is a strong smell. Great product!!!

I had a venting issue in my attic. Handyman broke the bad news that I had mold growing on most of the sheathing in attic. The mold was everywhere! After the venting issue was solved, the mold was treated with bleach/water. It hardly made a dent. The bleach did knock some of the mold but the dark stains remained. I tried scrubbing etc... but no relief. The roofer told me I needed to have a new roof/sheathing installed! I researched and tried several products. All promise a lot and none worked as advertised. Then I found and tried this RMR product. Once it arrived, I got fully suited up (facemask, respirator, rubber gloves, spray pump, and protective coveralls) and went into the attic. To my absolute amazement, this stuff destroyed the mold and stains within seconds of being sprayed. One gallon went a long way, did 1/3 of my attic. I ordered three more bottles to finish the job and to have a spare bottle on hand. If you have mold, skip the other products and buy this!
