The perfect sugar replacement if on keto
It feels, tastes, and works just like sugar. I'm on a keto lifestyle and this has been a godsend for me. It's not quite as sweet as sugar, but I typically add about 1/4 tsp of pure stevia powder to a cup of allulose and I can't tell the difference. It reduces down to a syrup, or caramel, just like sugar does. I know can make good quality caramel that no one can tell the difference between it and the full sugar stuff. I reduce it down to a syrup for corn syrup replacement, and then if I want to make keto maple syrup or honey, I just add the extracts to flavor it the way I want. For baking however, I will do 50/50 allulose and erythritol to get the sweetness I want without the crystallization from full erythritol or the burning from full allulose. Also, to make powdered sugar, just add the stevia powder as I said and blend it in your ninja or whatever you have available and it will powder it to where you can't tell the difference between it and the real thing. Loving this stuff!!!

Tastes great
Love it, tastes just like sugar, not as sweet, but perfect for me. Love the fact that has much less calories than sugar.

This is SUCH A GREAT DEAL
I do keto cooking, specifically alot of the egg loaf (Indigio Nilli's version mixed with Keto Upgrade made with yeast that you let rise. I go through alot of allulose for keto baked goods, and this is a heck of a deal compared to other ones. It works great and is way cheaper. Allulose isn't as sweet as other sweeteners, so keep that in mind. It's used in keto more for texture of items, if you want something sweeter, use some of this for the texture and some of another sweetener to add sweetness (If you don't want to go through your allulose too fast). If you don't mind using quite a bit of allulose for sweetness, it has no aftertaste like the other sweeteners and so has a much better flavor. Either way, it's a great deal. Because this is powdered, theres no grainy texture either (although I solve that issue with my other sweeteners by simply putting them in my coffee grinder and turning them into powder too).

Hey sugar your looking good
Delivered fast, 4 pounds is a bag. If your concerned with sugar fit whatever reason, mine is eating Keto. This is great for a sweet treat that feels like your cheating but your not. It is more to the side of powdered sugar in consistency than standard sugar. Dissolves very easy in drinks.Be aware that Allulose can clean you out so you should search for that, mostly if you use too much.

Great tasting and economical substitute for table sugar
I generally follow a low carb diet and avoid sweets, but for the occasional sweetened dessert or foods that I do have or make at home, I’ve struggled at times to find an ideal and good tasting alternative to sugar. Enter Allulose. This is a non-metabolizable, non-absorbed essentially no-calorie sugar with a minimum of GI side effects (binging on Allulose does have GI side effects); and it tastes very close to actual table sugar. I find that this is ideal as a standalone table sugar substitute, or blended with other sweeteners such as erythritol, for cakes, brownies, cheesecakes, sweetened coffees, homemade ice cream, and many other treats. The main drawback for Allulose is that it tends to be expensive. This 4-pound bag is very competitive in terms of price; less expensive than many other alternatives.

Great sugar substitute
I like using this in my coffee and in baking. There is no bad after taste and it is a probiotic so it’s healthy for you.. I would definitely recommend this and I thought it was a good price 😊

THIS IS NOT ALLULOSE
THERE IS NO WAY THIS IS ALLULOSE. I have grown up eating more sugar substitutes than sugar and this tastes like it's mostly, if not entirely, Xylitol. In addition to having the aftertaste of Xylitol, it also has a hint of the taste of plaster or bitterness that I can't quite place?? Honestly would not be surprised if it was powdered plaster and Xylitol... It's WAAAAY sweeter than sugar which is also a red flag. The quality is terrible. Heck, it's not even what it says it is! DO NOT BUY!!! I never leave bad reviews, but I would hate for there to be something bad in here that they've left out of the packaging that could harm someone.
