Long battery life, especially for xbox controller
I recently picked up the Amazon Basics 12-Pack of rechargeable AA batteries, and let me tell you, these little guys have been a game changer for me! First off, it’s super convenient to have a whole pack, especially since I seem to have a million gadgets that need batteries. From remote controls to my kid's toys, I never have to worry about running out.The batteries charge fairly quickly, and I've found they hold their charge pretty well. I’ve used them in various devices, and they perform just as good as the alkaline ones I used to buy. Plus, it's great knowing I'm being a bit more eco-friendly by using rechargeable batteries. What I really appreciate is how cost-effective they are in the long run. While the initial purchase felt like a bit of an investment, I can already see the savings since I’m no longer constantly buying disposables. They also come with a nice little charging station if you don't already have one, which is a nice touch.Overall, I'd say if you’re tired of buying disposable batteries and want something reliable, this 12-pack is worth considering. They’ve definitely made my life easier!

Good value for money, especially if you have kids!
Considering the price these are very good. Our little boy has a huge collection of battery powered toys and it soon became apparent once he grew out of playing with random household items that batteries would be very expensive, and you need LOTS of them to put in all his cars, trains, dinosaurs (It seems very few toys don't have batteries and relatives don't consider this burden when buying toys!)So, I have been regularly buying packs of these for a couple of years now, I think it is fair to say they aren't "fully" charged when new, but do have enough charge to use right away if you have an impatiend kid waiting to fire up a toy.......I just top up the charge as soon as they arrive, and have enough so there are always a few AA / AAA charged and ready to go in the "man draw" at any time. I think they do lose charge whilst sat, but not that quickly.I suspect they more than pay for themselves over time, and even more quickly when you have kids forgetting to turn things off, which when you are buying normal batteries is very annoying to have a premium copper topped battery drained overnight.

Mostly very good.
These are usually good, I did have a dead battery in the latest pack though. Even so, they are great value for money and my go-to rechargable battery.

Excellent batteries with accurate capacity claims
These are a great alternative to single use batteries. We have quite a few strings of LED lights that use AA batteries. Whilst you can get some good deals on decent single use batteries these days the cost does add up if you use a lot of them. I used these straight out of the box and they were fine with the LED's on full brightness. I was impressed to find that they lasted about the same time as good (although not top) quality single use cells. When the lights were dim but not dead I charged the battery's and checked the charge level when they were finished. All of the 6 batteries (of 24) I have charged so far gave around about the 2320mAH mark. As the batteries were not dead this leads me to think the claimed capacity of 2400 is accurate and seems consistent across the 6 I have charged so far. I'm pretty impressed by this, to be honest. I have used the Amazon basics range a fair bit and find it offers good batteries of great value. There are loads of brands of these and some do appear to offer greater capacity. However I now know these to be of the capacity claimed and will definitely buy again. Interestingly these are only about twice the price as my last pack of branded single use cells so the math's is pretty clear.

Surprisingly decent for the price
Wasn’t expecting much, to be honest—it’s Amazon Basics, not NASA. But they’ve been powering the TV remote, kitchen scales, and a torch in the shed without complaint. Build feels solid, none of them leaked or fizzled out early. Still going strong after a few weeks, which is more than I can say for most of the stuff I buy.Decent quality, no nonsense, and they just work. What more do you want from a battery? Good quality and still going strong months later, recharged many times.

Worth it
I got these for the Xbox controller. They work great in there. Can get a good 8 to 10 hours gaming before needing to charge. Friends have now got them as well as they last better than other 3rd party battery packs for the Xbox controller. The wrap on them is very thick which is good and durable. All round they are very good quality batteries for the price.

Didn't fit a BT 4600 handset.
Bought to replace old batteries in a BT 4600 triple phone set. The batteries do not make a connection within the handset. The +ve end of the battery doesn't make a connection although the batteries look very similar to the ones they were bought to replace. The battery compartment has a lip which prevents the connection being made. Is that a problem with the design of the phone or the battery? Don't know but either way they were not suitable.
