Measures angle of surfaces. Great
Got this to measure angle of pinball play field. Managed to use this spirit level to measure the angle and adjust the table. Perfect.

Good but Not Great
Bought specifically as a versatile mid length level, the horizontal bubble is clear and accurate. Like nearly everything else with an angle scale on it, the markings are at least 2 degrees off! To use in the vertical you have to set it on a vertical surface and keep checking either side. How you’d set any other angle accurately is a myth.

Terrible Design - top vial is obscured
The top vial of this level, can only be viewed from the side, there is a viewing window in the top, but it’s too small. Stanley appear to be losing there grip!Ps. I have purchased Stanley tools for 40 years

Lightweight accurate what more could you want?
was concerned at some other reviews where spirit level was not actually level. But no problems. Very lightweight. I chose this model as its got a 1m measurement on one side which saves using a long ruler or tape measure. Arrived extremely quickly which is always a bonus

Stanley Spirit Level
This is great for smaller spaces like inside cupboards. Bought initially for balancing a cistern in a walled enclosure. Well used now.

thin metal, can easily twist
The metal rail is quite flexible if twisted. That should not be a problem for level measurements, but overall impression was not that good. Good value for money though
