This is good product and durability may be issue as part are not made up of sturdy plastic, how ever the material is safe. It would have been easy to replace broken, damaged or missing parts but customer support is slow, you will need intervention from the senior executive for getting it quickly.It's a good budget buy with 2 year warranty and economic parts which can be replaced.

Quick delivery was expected but reach on 6th day. But liked the quality of product. This product is for all food processing needs in kitchen & easy to use My wife is very happy with its performance of dough kneading. Chopping vegetables (cabbage & carrot), Slicing green banana & potatoes was very easy, likewise grinding spices was very fast & efficient. This has good heavy duty motor. Overall this product is very attractive and powerful product. Only one suggestion, noise level needs to be reduced further, noise is lower than Maharaja Whiteline Turbo Joy. Otherwise all okay

I bought the Rico All in One Food Processor with Coconut Scraper, Juicer, Blender Jar, Unbreakable Bowl, 3 Flow Breaker Jars (White, 700 Watt) Made in India on 17-Jan-2022 and to my surprise during the first usage of machine the following issues I have encountered and based on these issues I got to understand the foolishness that I have done in choosing this third class product based on the review video in youtube. This is a very very low quality product and would not advice anyone to go for it.The issues that I have faced are:- When griding an item in chutney jar the blade came off- Now blade of Grinder jar is also loose- Time taken to grind an item is more than time take by our old mixie which is of 400WI really fear using this machine, as I don't know when the blade may come flying at me. If 700W machine is taking longer time to grind compared to 400W, that clearly implies the company for name sake is putting 700W in their advertisements and internally using a low wattage motor.Please be careful with this food processor, go ahead with some other good food processor.

In the world of ultra new looks this may seem to be a bit old world design but works wonderfully.The jars are actually unbreakable and sturdy.Very good attachments.This is my second piece in 10 year of same design.

It is user friendly and very easy to operate. Good quality of material. Product is awesome

I will say above Avg below good due to some cons I purchased it on 25.10.19 I am a mechanical Engineer so I feel I am the right person to detail some pros/consPositive points-so far doing it's job although this review is too early just after one day of purchase I have to wait nd watch but some things r very clear to reviewCons -by running only processors ,mixer grinder portion also runs even not required same thing happens when running only mixer grinder this is very bad nd wastage of energy without any reason I am very disappointed with that2-Centrifugal blades r made from plastic plastic blades can't be long lasting if compare with steel blades India's No 1 company Sujata provides Steel blades for centrifugal juicer in their products of juicer mixer grinder if Rico is claiming itself very much similar to India's No -1 company they should not sacrifice on quality on any portion of food processor Plastic centrifugal blades costs very less if compare to steel blades why Rico is compromising if they are charging very high for their processor3-not user friendly for 1st time user/even old users only well educated person can understand it's manual bcs manual is only in English not in Hindi not good for a common person4-DVD provide with processor is just a drama Nothing more than this why1- No video how to assemble2- No video how to use processor for different types of things3-No video which Work on which speed4-No video how to maintain processors5-No video how to clean6-No video for cautionAlthough above cons r detailed in manual but only in English but video explanation is always better option to get everybody understand even for non English knowing people tooI hope company will correct many things in future

Rico FP 101 food processor is a nice product n it's worth buying. They have given customer service number for any queries related to the product from Rico at the time of waranty registration.Product arrived on time without any damages. It's easy to use and noise level is little less when compared to mixer grinder. Salad cutting n shredding, Slicing cucumber, carrot, potato finished in less than a minute, Overall it saves a lot of time and manual energy. Best for working women and also house wife.I haven't used all the features yet. However, whatever I have used (like shredder, slicer, citrus juicer, coconut scrapper) I was very much satisfied. Plastic Jars are not upto the mark, but Ok and a clear video demo on how to use all the attachments would have been very helpful. DVD received with the product is absolutely of no use.All I can say is it's value for money and a product worth buying.
