These headphones are amazing. I took a chance on refurbished, knowing ir could be hit or miss and it paid off this time. I've always wanted bose headphones and I'm glad I have a pair now.

If you’ve been shopping a while for wire headphones, you can stop. These are the ones you want.
By far best wireless headphones on the market today.I went through a lot of different high-end brands and models and Bose wins. Their light and comfortable noise cancellation is one of the best in its categories microphones for outgoing calls are top-notch. Intuitive to use right away.

The condition is like new
Bought excellent refurbished and they are like new with the original case and cables I was happily surprised.

Stopped working after 3 months
I bought this headphone for my girlfriend because she liked mine so much on a recent trip. I purchased mine new 3 years ago and have never had a problem. I figured I'd save a few dollars and buy these (renewed) but it was a mistake. A very expensive mistake. She used them three or four times and they stopped working in one ear and any attempt to reset them failed. I can't get product support because they are missing the serial number so they are now trash. I will not buy another (renewed) item from Bose again.

Some Features Didn't Work on "Renewed" Pair.
The "renewed" headphones and case looked new. The remote volume control for my iPad did not work. After a couple of weeks, I was ready to return them, but it started to work. Made in 2019.

It's a definitely must buy. You won't be disappointed!
They are fabulous. I like the touch controls. It's just swipe like cellular phones. Only has 3 buttons. Just tap or swipe controls for everything ! I LOVE them.
