Update: 2/19/25- Even one single pill allows me to eat a small sundae. Wow, I need less pills than famous brands. Let me add that I can consume cheese without pills but not milk, ice cream or shakes without them.These are the bomb, much cheaper, more quantity, great quality and the best... A lil dusty inside the bottles but in my humble opinion, THEY WORK BETTER THAN L@CT@ID,even the extra strength. Second time buying them and I got 2 bottles that last 5 months since I don't consume dairy every day, and the quality/efficacy of them after all those months wasn't altered.
