**Update** It's been 3 days since starting these. I have lost 7lbs already, with taking 1 pill before breakfast and 1 before lunch. I have been eating less due to the pills controlling my appetite. It's giving me energy to exercise, which has helped as well.I just started these today. So far, it's helped with appetite control all day, and gave me good energy. After work, I came home and finally got back out walking and jogging. I'm feeling good and can't wait to see the results. I would like to lose about 45 lbs, I will check back in.

I have been using this for about 2 1/2 weeks and lost 6lbs, so it may be working. I bought 2 more bottles of this and will see. The one thing I have to say is that you should take this first thing in the morning and then around your mid-day meal. If you take it as directed for lunch and dinner, you will be up all night. I can tell that it suppresses my hunger and it makes me snack less. Also gives me energy, so I don't feel like I'm dragging. Could be me, could be the pills but I feel less hungry, so therefore I make better eating choices.

Work Amazing

This has NEVER happened to me before, when I take these I feel like I have sand behind my eyes and I keep falling asleep, it makes me the opposite of what it should. I gave it a week, then I even bumped it up to 2, but that made me even more sleepy. Has anyone EVER heard of this kind of "reverse" reaction??? It's going back, I am not a happy customer!!!
