Wont work miracles, but can REALLY improve things in your building.
Pros:Manuals and App were very clear. READ THE MANUAL BEFORE OPENING THE BOXES (Available on their website). If you do, and do a little research as to where the towers around you are, you're good to go. The WeBoost app only works great and is a big helper. Two things to note here.... You can't get better signal inside than you already get outside. Also, you will get as much out of this as you prepare for. Read the manuals and watch some videos.Cons:Does not include a mount that is easy to aim. Does not include surge arresting gear. Those are extra parts and you will need to contact the manufacturer to get the exact part numbers for your kit. (I listed the links here previously, but I guess that is disallowed.)

Very Happy
Working remotely from home in a very rural area with little to no options for internet service. The location is a weekend home and I'm not ready to spend $$$$/month for internet service that will only be used sporadically. We fluctuated between 1 and 2 bars of Sprint LTE service and at times we'd only have Sprint 1x. The booster gives us a steady Sprint signal all throughout the house, mostly fluctuating between 2 and 3 bars. When using my phone as hotspot I place it right next the booster and I have steady 4 bars of Sprint LTE which allows me to work (including Zoom meetings).Set up was a little labor intensive, only because we kept tweaking to determine best locations for outdoor and indoor antennas. One thing to be aware of - you do need to have the two antennas separated by 50 ft horizontally or 20 ft vertically. (That also presented a challenge.) And also - be sure that the antennas are point in opposite directions. Not sure why that matters, but while setting it up and struggling, we read that part and when we did that - boom. It's pricey, and we might have been okay with the one unit below this, but we are very happy with the booster and have recommended it to others.

Don’t buy unless you already have a really good signal.
I live in a rural area and have struggled with a poor cellular signal for years. After seeing ads for this product, I did a bunch of research, including downloading the WeBoost app and talking with their customer service/sales people about my test results. They assured me that their system would perform as advertised, but suggested that I upgrade from the proposed selection which was the “multi-room” to the more powerful “home complete”. Based on their assurances I spent the $1000 for the system. It arrived shortly before I left town for my wedding and honeymoon. I was not even thinking about a return period as I was certain that it was going to be just what I needed, based on their assurances. After returning from my trip I rented a bucket truck and installed the unit per the instructions. Everything about the unit tested out as installed correctly, and working, but there was no increase in signal at all unless I was within a few feet of the inside antenna. Even then, it was barely enough to make a call. I contacted support and when I gave them the same readings that I had previously given to the sales side, they told me that the system was not going to do any better than that. The suggested that I rent another bucket truck and try aiming it in every possible direction to see if I could find another signal. They said that my return window had closed and that basically it was my problem now, not theirs. I called back and spoke with a second support person who basically said the same thing after walking me through the testing process. He added that the system requires a pretty strong signal in both quality and power in order to provide the advertised coverage inside your home or business. So, unless you want to be out a $1000 for nothing, do not buy this unit. That is unless you have a really strong signal already…. But then, who has that kind of signal and buys a $1000 booster? What a waste of my hard-earned money!

This thing is sweet
I have had a cellphone booster at my get away place for 6 + years. My original one was a Wilson. That booster didn't make it thru the warranty period. As a replacement I got a weboost. The one I bought was about the third most powerful one that Wilson made. I believe the replacement one I received was a weaker version. in the years that I've had it I added a high gain antenna to make the signal a bit stronger. still some days I virtually had little to no signal. Other days, i had a relatively good signal. Recently I got tired of those days where I had no signal and went looking for a upgrade. I'm here to tell you this cell signal booster is the real deal. Easy hookup, of course I already had the infrastructure. The minute I flipped the switch the difference was like night and day. I have a signal now comparable to sitting within a block of a Verizon cell tower. Constant signal. I have had signal in the 70db range. there is times when I'm fairly close to the inside antenna that I've had a 67db signal. I'm around 12 to 15 miles from the antenna that my high gain antenna is pointed at. Don't let the price scare you. If you have a fairly clear line of sight you are going to see a significant difference in your cell signal.

Doesn't boost data
I was looking forward to using this product to boost my home 5G broadband Internet connection, however, it did not help at all. The product did increase the number of bars, significantly improving the RSRP signal but actually made the Internet speed worse than without boost. If you are purchasing this for data, it did not work for me.
