Easy to use and customize
I customized these mugs to be included in a gift basket for parents of two new "furry" children. They their gift baskets and they really loved these mugs. Great product!

Do not submerge in water!
The cup itself is nice but u cant submerge it in the water because water gets inside where the picture is.
