It covers a wide focal range from a wide but usable length of 24mm for group portraits, to 70mm for a more compressed look. This lens stays on my camera essentially from the time of purchase. It's been my go-to lens, and it just works!! Though it's not the most budget-friendly, trust me when I say it's well worth the investment.
