This medical alert is a piece of mind, both for family members and self. I can live freely knowing if something happens with a push of a button help can be dispatched quickly. I test regularly, yes I ensure they can see where I am just in case...and test the battery often. The only thing I have an issue with is testing the battery- you have to push hard the button on the side, I have no feeling in my fingers so I never know if I'm pushing the button firm or not enough. I've used it even when I had a mild panic moment and the responding agen stayed on with me until it passed. Yes for 911 instances but also there when you need them when others are unreachable. Thank You Belle, my lifeline that allows me to stay independent!

It was easy to set up. The people were very educated in what they were doing, and also friendly and caring. The test calls seem to be answered by computer. Which is ok so far. But when I've had a question, it was human communication. Easy to reach. Very happy with this so far.

I purchased this for my 90 year old mother who leads a hiking group of 70 year old women.She was able to get the unit set up and is carrying it daily with the included belt clip. She also uses the Lanyard option when she does not have a belt or have her shoulder bag.Battery lasts many days and we have tested it as directed with prompt response from the call center.I would say the only potential issue is lack of bluetooth connectivity to her hearing aids, as her phone has. She does have some difficulty understanding based on the available speaker volume.All in All a great product and she has signed up for a year of service.

This has the most complex and unforgiving activation process in recent memory. I suspect it was written in dbase. I have no idea how well the system works, because I have a limit of 30 minutes for this type of program before I leave it and go take an imitrex for my swiftly developing migraine. Obviously many people have successfully activated this. More power to them.
