Dimmable, Color Changing LED Cube

Just got it. First impression is I love it. Been searching for a small compact lantern. The size is just right and the brightness is good. Great design and love the fact that you can lock in a color. Constructive critique is that the button is a bit uncomfortable to switch on, maybe a tap sensor would be better? Also that little hook is a bit of a pain to set up and easy to lose.

The product came with leaking batteries making the produce unusable. Wasted US$60 on three of them. Who stores something with batteries installed? I wish I could legally suit them.

I use this in my office as the lights in my office put out too much heat and are as bright as the sun! The fact that you can adjust the light output by the press of a simple button but also save so much space versus a traditional lamp sold me. I use this CUBE light every single day and the batteries truly hold up! Excellent product!

So I thought the first one I got was bad. Turns out it's just the way they are built. When the LEDs are transitioning from one color to another it is not smooth, they flicker as the color changes. It is good for a reading light however. And you can also freeze it on one color which is cool. It would be 5 stars if it had a smooth transition between colors.

I initially bought 2 of these about a year ago to use camping. I liked them so much that I bought 2 more this fall. It works particularly well to string paracord across the campsite and hang them without the shade. They are so light that they don't cause much sag and it's easy to get them above the head level so that you don't bump into them.In addition to camping I've found other uses - in the bedroom they go nicely on the top rail of the four post bed pointing at the ceiling. It is kind of fun to pick a different color each evening depending on the mood. I would highly recommend rechargeable aaa batteries to go along with these. I use a 12 bay charger and have enough for all 4 lights twice (24 batteries).I'm also impressed with the customer service. I wrote asking how to purchase a few of the hanging clips (lost one) and they sent me a half dozen free of charge. Nice!

It is a very cool idea--and functions much as described. I can toggle between the different light options--from white to a range of colors, and I can remove the cover to make the light brighter. My main letdown is I feel the light is really not that bright. Maybe if you put a few of them together in one room, it will be more useful.

These little cubes throw out a ton of light and look great anywhere. Use them to accent a home bar, fireplace or anywhere you want accent lighting and don't have an outlet.The light has 3 different intensity levels of white light and when you turn on the LED color function you can let it run as is or lock in a color with one more click of the button. Take off the top cover, put turn it to the highest white light setting and you have a flashlight as bright as any other one you own.I own 4 of these and the only reason I am not giving it 5 stars is because of the battery life. It says it will run for 3-11 hours depending on the mode you choose and intensity of light. Those are generous numbers from my experience.I would give it 4.9 stars if that was an option. Buy some rechargeable AAA batteries and the problem is solved.

Horrible product. Had the same experience when I purchased (and returned) this product 4 months ago. Thought the first experience was an outlier. Wrong! Must say purchased the item few years ago fro m Touch of Wonder. Zero problems. I'll see if that site sells it.
