I've been taking one a day, for 3 days now. I purchased this to help my hashimoto's.Even though I'm on vitamins and levothyroxine, I still suffer from fatigue, freezing cold all of the time and have been gaining weight/not losing weight no matter how much I limit calories, fasting 16-18 hours and exercise, along with dry skin even though i moisture throughout the day and add collagen powder to liquids.I have also for about a year have been battling sudden ovarian cysts, irregular menstruation even though I'm a new birth control to help regulate both cysts and menstruation.I'm trying to piece it all together since my endo, primary and gyn all kind of just go through the motions with me.I'm hoping after researching what else I can do to get my body on track that this is the key to what I'm lacking.I do have thyroid labs and cyst ultrasound coming up in about a month so I'll see if this improves any of it.

I've been anemic and iron deficient for years and have tried MANY supplements in the time period you see in my lab results. Most barely kept me above a 15ng/ml and none raised my levels. 3 months ago, I hit rock bottom (second red dot) measuring 9nl/ml, and the doctor suggested we tried iron infusions ( but I couldn't afford to fork out the $700 for the two infusions). She suggested I try this particular brand, which I already take and love for my thyroid support and other of their supplements, and in just 3 months I went up 20pts. I will continue to take 2 (as doc recommended) and measure iron levels again in another 3 months. They are worth the cost and zero GI side effects.

I already take a medication for hypothyroidism, but recently found that the dose seemed to low (cold, fatigue, etc.). This product provides the extra boost needed to alleviate symptoms with absolutely no increase in the meds. I take one pill in the morning and that's all I need. No unwanted side effects. Incidentally, I learned about this product from my brother, whose ND put him on it for the same reason as I take it. Very high quality product and it works!

This supplement was recommended by a doctor at Body Logic MD in Woodbridge NJ, after a medical evaluation. It was recommended for my hypothyroidism. I was getting the Iodine Synergy for several years through Bodylogicmd.com. They no longer sell this supplement, so I thought I would try Amazon. Thankfully Amazon does have it and as always, Amazon to the rescue!

My alternative doctor prescribed this after I had a suspicious area on a mammogram and needed biopsies. I also had literally hundreds of calcifications. He said to take two per day for 3 months. I did and my next mammogram was normal. All the calcifications were gone as well. I was so happy!I have continued to take one per day, as the doctor said that this will prevent hormonal cancers.
