Love this mop!
I bought this product because I needed to replace a other spin mop of another brand that had broken after 2 years of almost daily use. This one, off the bat, it space saving. Secondly, it was tricky trying to learn how to spin and bring the drum and mop head above the water to spin. After watching a few YouTube videos, I finally go it. Took me an average of 2 minutes to learn how to spin and bring the drum above the water to spin the mop head. Now that I am familiarized with the technique I can say how much I love it. When the mop is brand new, it takes a few weeks to "loosen" it and get it to work in the direction you want to when moping. After that, it's a breeze. Can't say enough how it's saved my back from having to left a heavy bucket and move from to room. Because you don't need fill it to the top, you won't be hauling a heavy bucket. Also, the bottom of the bucket has a plug. When you're done, just pull the plug over the toilet and you're done. They should have invited this years ago.

Decent
I've used this item three times so far. It's not perfect, but it's not bad.Cons: The biggest design flaw is that there is no tab for removing the mop attachment (there are two tabs on the brush attachment). This means you have to touch the nasty mop to remove it. I like to go back and forth between the attachments and this makes cleaning unpleasant. Overall, the mop feels cheap, but I wasn't expecting high quality. I expect this will last maybe two years and I'll have to search for something else. The spin axle also squeaks. The handle also sometimes recedes at the joints when you use too much force. The head is not ideally flexible (it locks into positions) or sturdy and that's the main thing I worry will break.Pros: This can fit under my kitchen sink. The draining plug is nifty. The bucket is sturdy and deep enough to do a large area; it's more than ample for two small apartment rooms. The colors are attractive. The scrub brush is pretty stiff and is helping remove some floor gunk. The spin option works really well at removing most of the moisture from the mop.I don't regret this purchase. Depending on how long this lasts, I may just buy another once something goes wrong with this one.

This is my first experience with a spin mop. I've used it now for a couple of weeks and so far I'm very pleased. The MopDash bucket is made of thick plastic but it's not too heavy for carrying. I got the stainless steel spin basket simply because I didn't want to worry about a plastic spin basket breaking. But now after seeing the sturdy construction of the bucket and mop, I bet the plastic spin basket would have been just fine. The mop head is easy to put on and take off (great for my arthritic hands) and it does a great job cleaning both my wood and tile flooring. The spin action lets me easily adjust the amount of water left on the mop. I've washed the mop head in the washing machine without any problems. The bucket has a drain hole covered by a thick rubber stopper but I've decided that just tipping over the bucket is easy enough to empty it. But the drain hole is a nice option to have. I wanted an extra mop head but didn't see on Amazon where I could purchase one so I contacted MopDash (via their website). The owner quickly responded and sent me another mop head! Very nice!!

it spins easily in the water
This was a surprise, as to how well it worked. (For its price..!)( I purchased the Stainless Steel spinner basket option...for a few dollars more in price. )I originally suspected I'd be finding fault with it some-how, but was surprised at how well it functioned. After putting the mop into the spinner, and making sure it "snaps" into place, it spins easily in the water, or spinning above it.Some getting use-to is needed, of the procedure to lock or un-lock the spinning section of the mop handle (before / after spinning), is the only "learning-curve" needed to remember here. Also, bending the mop to remove it from the spinner, makes it easy to remove the mop after it gets "snapped into" the spinner section. After that, it's just normal moping. You DO need to pull the spinner / mop all the way UP, so the basket will snap into the higher spin position, or you'll never get it to stay there. :)This product works very well when used correctly...and is quite innovative in how it works. The only thing that can fail is the actual "fingers" that touch 3 sides (triangle) of the bucket, where special "tracks" are made for the spinner to slide UP / DOWN on. If these "fingers" crack, the spinner will be "Lop-sided" and not move correctly. This company lets you remove the entire spinner assembly to repair this, if need be. (That's a nice plus about this item)Over-all, I was impressed with this MopDASH. ... And I'm happy with purchasing it, rather than the more expensive MopNado.I also found out, you can use the MopNado replacement mop heads in this product, if you like those better. But the mop head that comes with it looks good too, and works well.I wonder if the MopDASH company offers theirs, in a 4-pack Fiber-Mop-Head replacement option...at a nice discount. :)The mop handle could use another middle section, that's expandable / collapsible to add a foot or two, but it's not that much of a problem, unless your job is to clean with this, on a daily basis. I still worked-up a healthy sweat using this mop, but was VERY GLAD I NEVER needed to touch the dirty Mop..!!!

Perfect Mop
I like this a lot. Like the more compact size; it still works fine and doesn't need to be any bigger. It holds two gallons, which is plenty for my needs. The drain spout is handy. There was a small learning curve in getting the mop to spin or not when you needed that, but it was slight. The mop is very soft and absorbent. My floor was pretty dirty (thanks to other mops I've tried or given up on), but it still cleaned very easily (didn't need to switch to the scrubber). So, couldn't be more happy with this.
