I have been suffering with Histimine Intolerance for yearrrsss!! Finally figured out why I was breaking out in hives, itchy watery eyes and breakouts on my face…Yesterday (1st photo) I was having a breakout and so glad my order came last night!! Took 1 pill with dinner and this morning my face was already clearer… will take 2 at lunch as that’s when I tend to breakout the most and another at dinner.Highly recommend and these seem to be the most affordable I could find!!

I have chronic hives and nothing seemed to work. I figured I’d give this a try and was pleasantly surprised. While it’s not a total cure for me, it made a huge difference. After a few days, I no longer felt like I was being attacked by fire ants 24/7. I just bought 2 more bottles.2/6- edited to add that continued use has completely stopped my hives!!

Works fine but it has green tea extract in it and I’m extremely sensitive to caffeine. I can only take it in the morning or I’m up all night.

*** EDIT*** updating stars because customer service is great and they issued a refund!!I thought this would be a holy grail product but it’s useless. I bought this for my husband and he’s been taking this religiously but has seen ZERO improvement. He’s covered in itchy hives and after reading up on this product we went with it… wasted $30! Do not waste your money.

The first day taking this product I took a single pill before lunch, and experienced a low grade headache and some stomach growling. The second day I took two pills one before lunch and one before dinner and experienced a severe headache not long after lasting through the evening making it difficult to sleep. The third day I took one pill with lunch and got another headache so severe it lasted all day. I would not recommend this product to anyone please beware. Also to note this product is non-returnable which to me indicates that the company knows this is a bad product otherwise they would be willing to take it back.

This product is a life saver for anyone who suffers from chronic hives. I started breaking out in giant, red painful hives about 6 years ago. I went to several doctors before an allergist told me to take Zyrtec twice a day. I did that for years while trying to find a holistic solution for my problem. I tried food elimination diets, cryotherapy, gut healing detox’s and different supplements to try to ween myself off of Zyrtec and naturally heal myself. Finally, I stumbled upon an article about histamine intolerance and DAO. I researched and found Histaresist has simple and natural ingredients with outstanding reviews. I’m here to say this product works. I have been taking it for almost 3 weeks now and have not taken Zyrtec at all and have not experienced any hives. The longest I could go before feeling the itchy uncomfortable feeling of the hives surfacing was 2 days before I would have to pop another Zyrtec. For the first week I took a histaresist pill 3 times a day with meals. The second week just twice a day. This third week I am taking one a day and no hives or even the feeling that they are coming! I’m telling you, game changer!

After having my babies I developed a gluten intolerance that led to histamine intolerance (until I healed my gut). This product worked great for me while I was figuring out my trigger foods - which seemed to be everything. I really like that while it does have the some DAO enzymes, it also has a lot of great supplements that promotes your body to produce its own DAO. After several weeks of using this, following a gut healing diet and using other supplements like collagen and colostrum - I have noticed that I need less of this and can tolerate histamine containing foods better.
