somewhat dissappointed
my 9lb Morkie still barks but I think she barks less. When I threaten to get the whistle she'll pause but I looked at the reviews before I ordered it, and I have to disagree with all the comments that " it stopped their dogs from barking" But it wasn't worth sending back.

I have tried a few of these types of a whistle over the years, and this one seems to be the best one yet. I bought that black one that looks like black plastic, but it was garbage. I absolutely LOVE this product. I have a terrible problem, especially when my little beagle decides to begin barking at every dog that walks past our front door. If you follow the book correctly, you are fine. Also, using this in combination with positive reinforcement like treats or praise when they stop barking has been very effective. It is important that you spend the time to teach your dogs and this whistle will definitely pay off!
