Great look. Great coffee. Way to use. Have seen issues with water filling - if it’s in the open it’s simple. If not it would be trickier.

This is truly a beautiful coffee maker and the coffee tastes great, including different settings for different strengths. I mainly bought it for the "wake up" function, which is fabulous. Several flaws are so striking, I don't understand why Smeg has not fixed them. As others have said, this cannot be filled under a cabinet, so I needed to place it on the only open work surface I had. It cannot be refilled with the coffee pot, which spills everywhere, so you need another bottle to fill the coffee maker. Also, the coffee pot it comes with has several flaws - it is a very ugly colour grey that does not match anything else on the machine; it does not pour well and you need a knack so it does not spill; you cannot put it in the dishwasher so it can ruin the overall look of the machine if you live in a hard water area. The function to allow for half a pot is not useful as the coffee does not get hot. I never make a full pot and was SO disappointed. I finally DID make a full pot and realised it CAN get hot, so now I have given up on the half pot. It also needed lime scale cleaning after only about 15 uses, which was a bit crazy. But I still give it a four star as it is just so beautiful! And once you do make a whole pot, it stays very hot for an hour in the morning.

Lovely colour, looked the part. Very well packed and arrived on time.Only criticism is that the coffee doesn't stay very hot for very long, otherwise very pleased.

Even if you don't take coffee buy it anyway.

I loved this machine and it made good coffee on the three occasions i used it but it had a fault causing worrying overheating when in use so very sadly have returned it to the sellers. would have been 5 stars without that.

I love my SMEG coffee maker! It even keeps the coffee very warm for hours. I'm going to order the toaster amd tea kettle next. I'm sure they will work just as well.

The letter G at the end of SMEG logo is looks crooked but I think it may be eye delusion. If it is faulty i think smeg will contact me.Very good quality product, easy to operate and maintain, clean. also quite. The good part is that there is 4 cup coffee option which is perfect enough for a couple.Apparently i needed to return the product because it stopped brewing and hot plate stopped working. Will be waiting for a new one or refund.

Drip coffee like this isn't as standard in the U.K., but after a trip to Canada my boyfriend wanted to feel like he could pull a steaming hot cup of coffee right off a hotplate. This delivered. Our kitchen is like a diner, without the other people.
