Q: what size are the hand towels please. I do see that the bath towels are showing two sizes and wondered if one measurement is in fact the hand towel.

Q: What kind of laundry detergent do I need to use in order for the white to stay white but not bleach out the coloured part?

I use normal washing powder, but not too hot.... maximum 60° and it comes out lovely and white. I wouldn't use bleach, too risky.

Q: I received flannels by harwood but i paid for the lexus linen ones and i am not happy about that

I would suggest you contact the seller and sort a return if you’re not happy
