If you don’t like swallowing vitamins these gummies are the best. Great tasting and easy to take. Soft to chew.

These are rather on the tough side, but taste OK. Fruit flavored, with a grainy sugar coating. The coating also tastes a little like powdered milk.Can't tell if they are working for me, yet.

Easy to take as I have difficulty swallowing the regular vitamins. Great flavor. Wish they didn’t have extra sugar on outside but it probably helps keep them from sticking together. Works well
