After getting a couple of smaller ones, that I somehow didn't realize were going to be too small, I exchanged for these. I searched quite a while and found these to be among the least expensive, but they're well made and work great.My recipe makes 2 loaves about 1.5 lb each after baking: 3 cups (750 g) of water, 7 cups (1 kg) of flour

I would give it 3.5 but rounded up. I liked the oval less then the round but it's nice to have both. It's a bit smaller then I expected and I can't put the full weight of the bread I wanted to make, so next time I'll definitely get a bigger one. Also I kept it for a while in a plastic bag and it stated growing moldy. I wiped it clean and since then only air stored it and it's fine. I'm not sure why but the round one always has better results. Also I don't use the fabric on top, but nice to have...

I like this size of Banneton for my everyday bread which is about 550 gm/loaf. It produces a loaf that makes perfect sandwich size slices.I decided to use this over the couche because these take up less space, are portable and fit in my proofing box. There is also less handling involved in getting the loaf onto the baking stone so I get better oven spring.

Shipping- much faster than I anticipated.Banneton- the dimensions are smaller than anticipated. Outside dimensions are 14.5 x 8 x 4. Inside dimensions are 13.5 x 6.5 x 4.One basket has "chips in the Rattan so I'm not sure that this won't be a problem. I will probably return these.

Great banneton on for a small mini loaf. I often want to make a small loaf to give to friends, and cut off a part of the recipe for this purpose. I got the smaller one of these, and it was perfect size to give away, or for a mini loaf for two for dinner. I highly recommend.

Great banneton. This is the size for a 1kg loaf, but it's a great shape. The lining is pretty thick, so there won't be lines, but I don't mind that.

Arrived in good condition. I got both the oblong and rectangular ones with liners. Mobile liners are pretty crude, they serve the purpose. I immediately hand washed liners before first use, they did not shrink in any adversarial way. Perfect in my view.

It took more than 20 days shipping. The 7 inch oval basket is really really tiny , make sure you read size, it can only fit a tennis ball. I tried to contact the seller to exchange the basket, but never hear them back, so disappointed.
