It Works!
After using for about a month, I have come to the conclusion no one product will "solve" the sciatic nerve related issues. This pillow placed just above the navel is one of the measures necessary. A host of measures are required and ultimately living with the issue is at the epicentre of it all. Some of the measures I have tried that help but does not eliminate the issue1. A mattresss with balanced firmness and memory foam. I got a hybrid (spring coil + memory foam) with a matteress topping, The matteress topping was used for additional firmness that the original memory foam didn't offer.2. A pillow that offerred neck support. The semi-firm topping gave the right feedback to the pillow and the neck felt supported and cushioned at at the same time.3. Sleep positon matters! Back sleepers - lumbar pillow above navel + pillow at the feet + Trucontour lumbar pillow around knee level. Side sleeper- lumbar pillow navel level or slightly below + pillow at the feet + Trucontour lumbar pillow between the knees.4. Daily or every other day, Core muscles exercises such as planks, ham string board stretches.5. Practice good sleep hygiene and consistent sleep routine.

Helped my lower back pain!
Our mattress sucks, but we can't get a new mattress any time soon. So I decided to try this out for my lower back pain because our mattress is too soft and plushy. This really has helped me. Although, it doesn't necessarily stay put all night, so I am giving it 4 stars. But if you are just laying in bed, reading or watching tv, this will really ease your lower back pain. My dog also really likes to steal it and toss it around like toy...but its been holding up!

Great but not wide enough.
I like it a lot.I'm a slightly curvy side sleeper and have lower back pain sometimes. This really helps support my waist when I sleep and I have notice my back and posture improved. My only con for this is that it is too narrow so when I turn I often with roll off of it , so minus one star for this reason.

Not very effective
The pillow is okay as a support pillow like any other you could find anywhere...the material and design is unique on the outside but it just did not seem to help. It could even get uncomfortable where my back is to the point where I just set it aside for another night or just use it to prop my knee instead.

Soft, but too low in the middle for what I needed.
I bought this pillow for after I had surgery to support my lower back. It was soft and comfortable and the sides were nice and cushion-y, the middle just wasn’t high enough, even with the added middle support cushion.

Good quality
Not sure if im using it incorrectly but it did not help my lower back. Good material and its well made that why im giving it 3 stars.The added cushion hurt my back more. Not sure if I would recomend.

Good support
This pillow offers good support, but moves around a lot throughout the night. I like that there is a removable cover
