better than US Flour
I bought this because people said they can go to Mexico, Italy and eat the bread,pizza etc and have NO problems but can’t eat US flour(baked goods)I baked biscuits and a cake and they had no problems. Won’t buy US flour ever again

Great flour
My absolute favorite flour, I only use imported Italian flour as I react to all other flours. This bakes beautiful bread and products. Have ordered it many times in bulk

No bloating
We only use this Italian flour in our kitchen. Not creating bloating like the American flour does (organic and all). Highly recommended for American type of gluten sensitive folks

BEST FLOUR EVER - ABSOLUTELY HEAVENLY!
This stuff.....if I could give it a hundred stars I would......flour here in the USA is CRAP.....the amount of gmos, pesticides, chemicals ugh.....makes me wonder if the reason I don't digest products here in the USA well is because of all the added junk and chemicals.I am supposed to be gluten intolerant (from blood testing) -- however THIS stuff....WOW......I ate an entire mini loaf of bread for a carb refeed a few months ago and my weight ALWAYS spikes the day after carb refeed if I'm eating bread or anything with flour - not the case with this, my weight DROPPED.....I was completely floored! Not to mention, no digest upset or the feeling like concrete or a brick in my stomach like it does with any bread products using flour here in the USA.Sold on this - bought a ten pack along with a pack of the pastry flour the day after I made bread with this.......GET IT - you will LOVE it!
