Customer service suxks
Love the dash, poor customer service. Got everything set up but the sound wasnt working, dont know if we missed a wire somewhere. Contacted customer service to help out, they text me saying to send a video of what it's doing so I did that and got no response back! Looks like we will most likely be sending it back unless they get back to me

Different then video, no installation instructions, no support from seller
Product I received, didn't match the product in their installation video. I requested an installation guide from seller, one wasn't provided in the box. I was simply told the installation was easy, make all the connections and it will work. It didn't. I got power to it. I got the android video to work, but the mercedes canbus interface did not work.
