Tenda 9-Port Gigabit Ethernet Unmanaged PoE Switch - with 8 x PoE+ @ 40W (TEG1009P-EI) | Ethernet Splitter| Plug & Play | Desktop/Wall-Mount | Limited Lifetime Protection

So I needed a slim switch with at least 5 poe ports and this fit the bill. It works, but man is it fickle at times.All I'm hooking up are 802.3af cameras but it took some trial and error to figure out which cameras on which ports would work - the wrong combination caused pairs of ports to go dark.If I connect certain non-poe switches to one of the Tenda POE ports (1-8) the whole thing crashes. I need to connect these other switches to the non-poe port (9). The fault could be with other switches but I only have this problem when connecting to the Tenda.

The poe stopped working and I called tenda I spoke to the operator and they stated that the power cord only has a 3 month warranty but the poe is the 3 year warranty. The next day I called back again to speak to another representative they said that they would send another out and said sorry. Two weeks go by still no update and no replacement product. I call again and now they have finally created a ticket and he collected all the information needed on his end. He stated that he would be sending out the product the next day it will arrive saturday. Now another week later and this is day 3 of this week trying to get ahold of them. Still no replacement or even a tracking number. Now they stated that they need one more item the receipt I have sent it off. I have been on the phone trying to get tenda to honor the 3 year warranty on this product. It has been over a month and it has still not been resolved. The tech support is non existant. I WOULD STRONGLY RECOMMEND TO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY.
