It wasn’t what I needed but I ordered the wrong part. I did use the terminal head though and it fit nicely.

I'm surprised most autoshops don't hold nor know what this is. When I had a new battery installed on my truck the shop workers at Walmart broke off the terminal that would tighten down on the battery terminal. After asking them do you have this exact part you broke. They looked at the item and said they have never seen something like that. Of course I had to resort to getting this on Amazon and was skeptical on it not fitting but this was urgent after receiving it in the mail it was an easy install and tight so no worry on my truck dying on a loose connection on the road. If you have the correct common tools that is.

This combo was a perfect fit for my 2012 Nissan Sentra. I had it changed in about 30 minutes including some battery and cable cleanup. Very pleased.
