Shelta Seahawk

I've been through so many boonie type hats that have been ruined by exposure to water or just lose shape so quickly that they aren't worth wearing anymore....until now. The Shelta Seahawk has held up to submersion in water, been battered with some pretty strong seaside winds as well. I would definitely recommend spending the extra money now rather than replacing inferior products over and over. The provide good sun protection albeit there are other lower quality hats that offer larger side protection if that's solely what you are looking for. You get what you pay for and with Shelta you get a true quality product.

Have a friend who tried to talk meIn to buying for a while. I liked the way his looked and felt, but couldn’t bringMyself to spend the money... until I bought a cheaper version, twice... neither variation from different brands compared. So I bit the bullet and bought one... wished I would have just got one the first time instead of wasting money on cheaper versions.

Great hat. A bit expensive but it will last. Brim as described...thicker and hard to distort yet looks somewhat relaxed and matches the rest of hat. Light material, very minimal sweating. I have a huge 7 5/8 head and XXL fit perfect. The lanyard nice because detachable to just hanging out but can use it when hiking or more active

Bought this be for myself two years ago and love it. Fit is spot-on and the hat is super comfortable. The no flop brim is money, and the hat is worth the money. Bought one for my son and he loves it too.

I work at a boat yard, and spend a lot of time out in the sun. This is the most I've ever spent on a hat, but it is worth it! fits great, and is cool and light. It stays on even going 40mph over the water.

Runs small. I used the size guide on their website, and I'm right in the middle of the M/L size- so I got that but its really tight! For $75 they should have their sizes right.Otherwise its awesome and works very well.

This is a top notch hat. I love the fact that it has a "bill" integrated into it. Breathes well since I use it to be out in the hot sun. Protects my head and washes up easily.

Very comfortable hat. It does not get hot in the sun. The brim is not the best looking thing you will ever see, but it works as designed.
