I take this taser on nighttime walks. It gives me extra peace of mind. -- I like the cord that can be draped over a wrist, so the taser can still be with me, if being startled causes me to drop it. I like the way all features on this taser can be operated with one hand, at one time. I don't have to lose my grip, or switch hands or fingers to activate the taser buzz or flashlight. It can all be done quickly; tho' I recommend practicing until a habit is formed for use under pressure. -- I hang the taser at my door, so I don't forget to take it with me. This makes it easy to grab, when opening the door to a stranger. -- The device is easy to recharge. -- I recommend reading the instruction pamphlet. It will help with getting used to this protective device. -- This taser is a good gift item.

I got this tactical flashlight with a stun gun for extra protection, and it honestly exceeded my expectations. At first, when I tested the flashlight indoors, I thought it wasn’t very bright. But once I went outside, I realized it’s actually focused for distance — and it shines really far and strong! This item is the perfect tool for self defense. I tend to walk around parks and go hiking by myself because I love to get fresh air and I needed something just in case anything happens. At first glance this looks like a simple flashlight, but when you switch it to a certain mode.......HOLY COW! The sound alone would scare anyone away! I hope I never have to use this in self defense, but I am more than certain that it will pack a punch. The battery is rechargeable which is awesome too. The brightness of the flashlight mode is great to use at night and it illuminates dark areas very well. I feel safe again with this tool!

The media could not be loaded. I was really excited when we recieved this item, we tested it out, no issues. Fast forward 6 months, we have used this item two times at this point- once on a camping trip to walk to the bathroom and once in our backyard working on our pool filter one evening for about 5 minutes. I tried to use it again and it wouldnt turn on. Thought it could be the charger so we tried multiple and none of those worked. Ive reached out to the company but have decided not to proceed with their "lifetime warranty" for this item as the process felt purposely tedious. I was asked to register this item, told I should have already done that but I never received anything stating that I even could. Ok, done. Now fill out the warranty form. Now send us video of it not working(ok this took me way longer than necessary because I was unaware of the video size I could send through email, my fault) I request help getting them one of the 6 videos I made and was told to- upload to google drive and give them a link to access(i admit im not a computer person) or record a video that is less than 10 seconds. I sent the video. I then received a follow up email stating I would now need to print another form, mail the product and form to them at my expense(dont forget to write the code on box or its denied). Add tracking and provide that to them. It also stated "The warranty procedure is not a quick process and it would require some time to be completed, as all return products need to pass Quality Control by the trained technician before any further requests can be made." Upon further reading I also see they reserve the right to deny any claim for many listed reasons. I do not feel comfortable spending another dollar to replace or have this item fixed as I know it did work and has been kept in a safe place and should still work and I feel the process for which you are made to go through to get a quality working item isnt worth the $30 I spent and would prefer to just go with another product from another company. Ive returned many items over the years with Amazon and its not always been easy, sometimes it is. This is just more than Im willing to do for such a cheap item. I do not recommend this product

Ater purchasin the Diablo II tazer it started to malfuntion after about 9 months. After contacting Guard dog they gave me instructions to try to troubleshoot the problem myself. After attempting to fix it they asked me to mail it to them for further testing. It took about 2 weeks but they sent out a brand new tazer. It's nice to know that there are still honest companies out there!

This thing is honestly just great!! Feels really smooth on the surface and it is so easy to take it out of your pocket. The light is strong and it comes with multiple accessories for different charging mechanisms. But what I really like is the stinging power. Never tried it on myself Lol but the sound and the look seems brutal

Hello this product seems to be good. I haven't used in real situations. But the first time I put it in holster I sat down to have coffee and when I got up holster was broken. It's crap if you are buying for a good holster don't do it. Customer service doesn't seem to care they act like I was lying or something I give 3 stars crappy holster and bad customer service. I still haven't received my replacement holster. Use caution if they fixed my problem quickly I would have different opinions. I need it for safety but they don't seem concerned about that they got their money I guess that's all that matters
