Freakin' awesome!
I mounted this on the inside of my livewell on my pontoon boat. Waited til nightfall, filled the live well and turned on the light. I CANNOT WAIT TO FILL IT WITH BAIT! It is freakin' unbelievable. Super bright! Very excited. My brother-in-law's eyes lit up (literally) and was super stoked thinking about upcoming fishing trips! I wont have to juggle the flashlight while looking for my bait! Those little suckers have no place to hide now! Muhahhahahhhahaha!

The dimentions are not correct.
Description calls for a 7/8 inch hole. This is not correct. The unit is only 3/4 inch OD. My live well was pre drilled for 7/8 inch and by the specifications the light should have been the exact replacement. I was wrong and this light would require a lot of 3M 4200 to fill in the gap. I can not take the chance that this installation will not leak. O well, I have spent more for less.

Bought these to replace the factory white courtesy lights my boat came with. Very pleased with the blue lights, bright and work as advertised. I turned them on for the guys at the boat yard this morning in broad daylight and was able to see them just fine. I wouldn't turn them on to get any type of effect durning day as they aren't designed for that, but at night... wow.. they turn my cockpit blue as all get out! Going to order 2 more soon to replace my lights in the live wells.

Awesome little lights
I replaced much older and intermittent courtesy lights with these and I love them. They put out more light with less power. The older originals used a larger installation hole so I cut 1/2" PVC piping into little rings to use as bushings to fill the gap.

Great price but could be a tiny bit brighter.
Pretty good accent light but it could be made a little brighter, even just a little tiny bit brighter would make it a 5 star light. For the price, however, it is totally worth it.

the rubber washers that come with it aren't that great at keeping it water tight
They work well, the rubber washers that come with it aren't that great at keeping it water tight, I had to take them out and used some silicon sealant on both sides.

Good light.
I installed this submerged in a baitwell. Gives off a blue glow that doesn't really effect night vision. Not real bright but illuminates the baitfish well enough in the 25 gallon tank and seems well made.
