I'd like to give this product a higher review, (and might if I get appropriate feedback), however, I cannot completely install the product and will have to return it for that reason. For many this product may be all you need, but for my purposes of adding it to my Blue Iris list of cameras, it is not possible without the proper software. It installs quickly and easily with the P2P on the smartphone, and once you get the IP, you can also view it. However, it is impossible to install the admin on a PC browser without functioning ActiveX component. This is not available on their website and I had to go to three different email accounts to finally get an "update.zip" file which could not be downloaded. I am assuming because it has the potential to have viruses. I tried 3 different emails to no avail. And now I no longer get a response from the company. Without the ActiveX component, you cannot change the password for the camera and cannot identify the port to set in Blue Iris for viewing and recording. Therefore, it becomes non-functional for me. I'm guessing once the bugs get worked out it may become a handy surveillance camera. But until then, I would stay away from it.
