At the end of the resistance bands they could have used some small rings before the hooks. As it is right now it tends to bundle up at the smaller end of the hooks.2. The door anchor should have a ring at the end of the strap. The open ends of the hooks are sharp and can cut the strap if you don't open it wide enough and take extra care while placing the hooks into the strap area. I've bought a hook of my own to permanently stay on the door anchor to prevent what I've previously stated.But it's definitely a great buy regardless of those two cons in my opinion.

I wanted a tool that would give me the ability to exercise with heavier weights while not occupying too much room. This gives you tools that will work just for that.
