This probiotic/prebiotic has lots of good herbs in it. It does have a bit of frankincense smell in the capsules but I don't mind it. I like that I can take it with or without food.

This is not medical advise, just personal opinion/observation. In addition to washing my face twice a day and washing my pillow cases every week, this brand in specific seems to work great with clearing up my hormonal acne. There are no side effects. It does taste a little weird, but it’s not off putting. Love this stuff. I take one everyday. If you’re considering for acne usage, I would definitely talk to a doctor first to see if it could help you!

After using this product for a month, I have people say my skin is glows. I would recommend this product to anyone looking to rejuvenate their skin.

I will try anything if it might help me with my cystic acne. I have never had luck finding a probiotic that didn't make my acne worse. This did not make my skin worse. In fact I think it is doing something good and while it has only been a week and I need more time to tell what exactly is happening, I do think it is useful and not making my skin worse but maybe even better is sort of a big deal. I feel so confident in this product I just ordered two more bottles because I will be away for two months and don't want to run out.No comment flavorwise, as I said, I will out up with anything for the promise of clear skin. Fingers crossed!

This was supposed to improve my skin but caused massive breakouts. Waited a couple of weeks but they just kept coming. Do not recommend if you are acne prone.

Took a chance on this and am very happy I did. I wanted something easy to take for healthy skin support and also liked that this helps support digestive function. There is a slight herby taste but it is not strong enough that it makes it difficult to take. I usually have it with my morning coffee and can't taste a thing! I'm very happy with the results so far and will keep it in my daily routine. Definitely worth a try!

I really don’t know if this supplements work, but my skin is fairly good than before.
