Holds all the screws for even the back of a HDD, which is missing in the cheaper variants.The back screw mount up is usually used in Server systems which can thereby hold the drive rack.

Good bracket to convert from 3.5" hdd to 2.5" ssd, no need modify anything on Dell Vostro 3250 SFF desktop.

Don't go for cheap ones.
The holes match perfectly with both the SSD and also the 3.5 HDD frame/bracket. Plus this can hold two SSD or 1 SSD and 1 2.5" HDD. So future proof. (Go with Riatech SATA cable - read my review there).If you are like me and like somethings in life to be perfect, you will go for it.
