These are Scotch pads...and you use them for cleaning dishes and pots/pans. Oh yeah, and they have a scour side and a sponge side. That's about it. They're great if you don't mind getting your hands dirty while cleaning. Useful for other purposes, too, other than in the kitchen sink. Don't use the scouring side on bathtubs or other porcelain coated glossy items, though.

I used to use the ocelo No Scratch Scrub Sponge, 6-Count (Pack of 2). I liked them, but Amazon stopped offering them and the third-party vendors want a ridiculous amount of money for them so I switched to these Scotch-Brites, which I find to be just as effective and much more economical.They fit the hand well, but tend to be a little stiff owing to the thick and durable "scrubby" part. That's a good trade-off though, because they can take on any burnt on mess with just a bit of "elbow grease."They are as non-scratch as the manufacturer claims. I use them on my Calphalon and Anolon non-stick pots and pans and they cause no damage whatsoever. I also use them on the removable ceramic plates of my George Foreman Grill. As those plates age, they are losing their non-stick properties but I can still get them clean with these sponges and without damaging the remaining coating.I see that a number of recent reviews complain about the sponges having a bad smell. I have not experienced this problem. In fact, they have no smell even after using. I bought mine in May of 2015.

I think these sponges do a great job. The scrubby side does a good job without being too scratchy on my pans, stove top or counters. They hold up to microwave sanitizing. I haven't noticed any strange smell coming from them. They don't leave any residue on your dishes. Really they're pretty good.They're pretty light and hold together for about a week or two. I see some complaints about this, but honestly, let's talk about replacing your kitchen sponges. They're a breeding ground for germs. You can keep them going for a while by microwaving them after each use, but really, you shouldn't keep them around very long anyway. These sponges are a great compromise- especially if you get them on subscribe and save. They're inexpensive, so you don't feel bad throwing them out... and really, you should probably do it more often anyway.

I can use them on all my dishes, and the whole kitchen. No scratches, cleans great, fits perfectly in my hand.

The shape is what hooked me on this particular sponge. Fits so nicely in my hand. Next is the cleaning power. Does a bang up job. Finally is the cost. Fantastic price. Very affordable.

While these sponges are a bit stiffer than I recall, they do the job, and the last a long time. I had to replace my favorite Sponge Daddy sponges as they had changed (for the worse!), so I am thankful that Zero Scratch sponges I can count on were still out there.

Good sponges. I use these for wine glasses, non-stick frying pans, and anything in between. The rough scrub side is great for caked on food and the reverse side is perfect for delicate items. After each sponge has done its duty in the sink and is due for a replacement, I continue to use said sponge for other cleaning jobs around the house such as floors, bathrooms, and even outdoor applications.

What can I say? We all know what we are ordering here. I really like these as they are durable. I like to rotate my sponges out fairly frequently so these items at this price works for me! The first time I bought them I bought a package of 12 and then ended up double ordering by mistake. I was disappointed at first but hey, I didn't have to buy any for quite some time. The price for the package of 12 is basically the same as the single items here so I bought 12 :)
