This is to replace the joycon joysticks when you have drift something I was expecting. They literally give you absolutely everything you would need to do the job in changing out the joysticks. What I did not realize is that it is incredibly intricate in there. All the you tube videos seem to make it super simple. It is not complicated just intricate and you need to be careful or you could rip the ribbons inside. That being said these worked great and you would never know the difference between the stock nintendo joy sticks and these. Worked very well and they give you a ton of stuff in the package. I don't know to say if it is easy to install, cos those ribbon in the joycon are fragile. But the product seems to work and lucky I only need to fix the left one. I am going blind having to use the magnifying glass to make sure I will not messed up the ribbon.So now I just have to wait ans see how long it will last. Will it do a better job that will last longer than the joystick from the original $70-$80 joycon from Nintendo? We will see. As of now, I am happy with it. :)

I accidently dropped my switch with resulted in the plastic latch on one of my controllers to break and then wouldn't attach itself fully to the tablet part of the console. I bought this tool kit in hopes that I wouldn't have to buy a new set of controllers which are very pricey. The tool kit came with metal latches to replace the plastic ones and only took about a half hour to switch out on one side! Handy to have around incase of an accident!

I received these 2 joy sticks today and installed them both in about 15 minutes and they're working great - we'll see how long they last but I'm excited so far. I'm better at following written directions so I used the step by step directions (w/ photos) on ifixit.com -- super easy, just have to have patience b/c of the very small intricate parts.

This kit really works well! The screwdrivers are one of the best to come with, and plus come with paw like analog grips! My only take would be the small metal brackets, as the spring inside doesn’t have a place to clip inside, but it still keeps the joy one from coming loose. Overall really good?

This is the best kit! I had purchased other ones and they didn't work so I had to return them. This worked, no drifting and my joycons feel brand new again. I've had the replacement in my switch for almost a month now and no complaints. Great product!!

This worked perfectly. I bought these to fix the analog drift I was experiencing on the left stick. The analog sticks work flawlessly. They feel like new and my drift is fixed.Installing was very easy. Just make sure you're careful when pulling everything apart so as not to rip any cables out.The little tools we're all the right size too.

Ordered this kit to fix the drifting in our joy-cons.Received the kit today but only had one joy-con stick in the kit. Description clearly states it is a 2-pack... Where is the second joy-con?
