So far, this product is working as expected - I am a size 9-10 Mens, and the Medium is the right size for me. I somehow injured my foot a couple of days ago and purchased these in hopes they would help, and so far they have. Don't expect them to be a miracle worker - they certainly distribute the pressure on the bottom of your foot to lessen discomfort, which is what I was hoping for, and all I think that can be expected when you're talking about a part of your body that literally is taking impact in the injured area with every step taken. I haven't found them uncomfortable with extended wear, but certainly expect you'll need to loosen your shoes in the metatarsal area or you'll experience very tight fitting shoes (which won't help you find relief). Would definitely buy again.

May not fit in every shoe, but very comfortable and eliminated the pain in the ball of my foot. If wearing barefoot, product is most comfortable

My feet have been hurting when I walk or take the slightest step which made running excruciating. Bought these to try and see if they would help....BAM I'm back in the game! My feet don't hurt like they did. The extra coushin makes all the difference. They stay in place and don't move. I wrap a little tape around my toe to prevent blisters from rubbing as the material is not thin (which is nice and bad). Haven't had a blister since the first time I wore them.They can build up a smell from all the foot sweat but you can easily hand wash them, not a big deal. Having your feet feel better is worth the money.

Terrible quality control. I ordered 2packages if these pads. 1pack size L 1 pack size M; 2 pair to a pack. First there is very little difference between the two sizes. Out of the 8 individual pads about half of them had construction issues where the large opening was sewed with the elastic too small. Some of them the seams were rough or with the elastic in a big knot that made them too uncomfortable to wear with a shoe. The ones without construction issues worked well and made for more comfortable walking.

Very pleased with the performance and quality of the Brison Met Pads. The half-sock design and snug fit is a substantial improvement over adhesive pads which rarely stay in place on the insole.

Definitely helped out. I would highly recommend this product in alleviated and release pressure and allowed me to walk more freely.

These run very small. Had to return. Will not buy again.

Eases ball-of-foot pain significantly. The added thickness does make getting into some shoes a little more difficult but is worth it for the decrease in pain.
