I have used Staedtler for years. They're great. But I ordered a set of five 0.7 mm pens, and you sent a set of assorted pens ,only one of which I can use.Probably not a usual mistake, but one that needs training to be more alert

Warehouse Angebot 10 Stück für ca. 10 €.Bekommen habe ich wieder mal nur ein Stück. Echt nervig und jetzt kann ich das wieder zurück schicken! ☹️das nervt und ist unnötig. Kommt leider nicht zum ersten Mal vor 👎

Ich hatte keine Zeit, sie zurückzuschicken, weil sie für ein Seminar gebraucht wurden, aber es war eine herbe Enttäuschung. Trotzdem sind die Stifte gut.
