I was having problems with leg cramps at night, was told it was usually a symptom of dehydration. I mix 2 packages in my large water bottle and keep beside my bed at night. This has greatly helped. A great way to drink something besides soda when water doesn't sound appealing. Don't know if I need electrolytes, but I guess it's not a bad idea. Easy to go in a backpack, but I also drink these at work. Less filling and tastes great.

I love propel and usually dislike gatorade. But i like this combination. It tastes great subtle flavors and higher sodium than just propel but still not calories which i love.My only critique is that you have to shake and shake and shake once the powder is in the bottle. It clumps easily so before every sip i give it a good shake until its finally dissolved

as someone who doesn't care for normal water, these help me drink water and taste great
