Update: I contacted the seller and they quickly sent a replacement free of charge. I gave it two more stars because of the sellers quick response,I will update my review once I wear the new one a few days.Perfect for my hearing on the highest setting. The only problem is that every half hour or so it will randomly reset the volume to the lowest setting.I emailed the manufacturer but got no reply.

I like the unit but cannot obtain a good seal with the ear domes provided. My ear needs a larger dome and the one's that come with the amplifier are to small for me. I went on line and asked if anyone has domes for the Coniler amplifier and I get no answer ( don't know why Amazon has none listed ? ) guess I'll stick with the BTE hearing aid I have .P.S. a couple of times I got the unit to seal and the sound was very good, but to erratic and feed back drove me crazy.

I dislike the most is the little rubber piece gets stuck in my ear and I can tell you it can’t come out with out a pair of tweezers. Very very frustrating especially when your tiered and want to go to bed and you have to dig this thing out of your ear!But man can I hear great with them and the price is in credible.Oh and they go through batteries fast. Only last about two full days and that’s it and it doesn’t have any thing to do with brand. But you can buy a lot of batteries for at least $1200 you save on the hearing aid.Still that old saying you get what you pay for....

I choose it to watch movies at home and listen to wife talk. it needs a sound cancelor to suppress sudden noises.

Believe it or not, I tried Eargo's and an expensive $2500 hearing aid from a doctor...returned them all. This hearing amp has fantastic sound. So good I forget I have it on and have almost stepped into the shower with it on!!! #10 Battery lasts 3 days. I keep the sound on the 4th lowest position. I was shocked at how good this hearing amp is...and you can't see it!

Great sound that is adjustable to fit different environments compared to other similar products I have used. Once I picked the proper size ear mold screeching was limited to a fraction of a second at placement in the ear. Will make noise when chewing something crisp like an apple. Does pick up wind noise but can be dialed down. I thought It was a good value. Ear mold that fit failed and the thing screeched none stop. I Tried repeatedly to get replacements. They were going to replace the ear domes for free but After a series of excuses, from proof of purchase to requiring a review, their internet problems, to the Corona Virus, I offered to pay for the molds, Finally I gave up. The best thing about this product is that I lost it. Product was good until it wasn't, follow up was inexcusably horrible.

This device appears to be of good quality, however; it is not powerful enough for folks with profound hearing loss.It is small and hard to adjust settings.

Love the price and my husband says they work great. But he has,a major problem with feedback. He has changed out the domes to insure the fit in the ear canal. He uses them as a backup pair
