These are perfect for using on clay boards. Great variety of colors and it also includes a color chart on the packaging so you know the exact amount of drops to use to create the color you need

This ink is past expiration. As a result it is too thick to run through my air brush. I can still use it with a regular brush but that is not why I buy this specific ink. I need it for Scratchboard artwork.

Is ani excellent product. Ampersand products are the best I have found for scratchboard. I teach so I have tried most.

I really loved how simple they were too use and how well it worked. All you need is to add more for darker, add water for lighter. The were really fun to use and I will definitely buy them again of the need arises.

The clayboard ink is used with the painting of your work after you have completed a scratcboard done on clayboard such as the kit with instructions sold by artist Sally Maxwell.The ink is the medium used to produce the color after the etching is finished.

Beware! The tips on my ink bottles are faulty. Some tips weren't installed properly tight i shook it and sepia leaked all over my hands. The blue had to be dismantled and a pin used to open the hole. Again, ink everywhere. But the final straw was the magenta. Tip the bottle over the mixing well. Squeeze one drop and the whole tip popped off and glugged ink everywhere in a millisecond. All over my table and a 20.00 watercolor pentalic sketchbook. Nearly the entire bottle of ink wasted like my money. Beyond frustrated. Be very careful. It looked just fine until it wasn't. What a wasteful mess! This pic is after the immediate damage control...i guess all this ink will need to go down the sink before it ruins anything else. Not happy with this products packaging at all.

I purchased this both to work with scratch board and for painting on tile ...happy on both counts

When I went to squeeze 1 drop of red ink out the nozzle squirted out and half the bottle of ink dumped out. Checked the bottle/nozzle there was no threading to hold the nozzle in place. Not impressed especially after reading other reviews with the same complaint on the USA Amazon, apparently not a unique situation. I contacted the seller and got no response. After 4 days I contacted Amazon who said I could return the product for refund or keep it and receive a $5.00 credit. Since I had already used the other colors I accepted the $5.00. The inks I did use were fine. If you buy it just make sure you use it on a disposable or stain proof surface. I gave this a 2 because the ink itself was fine, the one nozzle was a complete failure and the lack of response from the seller with disappointing. Pointless having a button for "leave seller feedback" if the seller doesn't bother to respond.
