It really is a super k.
I recently broke my ankle and I take both vitamin d and calcium as part of my treatment. A nurse suggested to me to also take vitamin k. I like that this has both k1 and k2 and is easy on the stomach with no foul taste. It’s a small gel so it is easy to swallow.

Easy to use, doesn't upset the stomach. Good quality, using it bc I'm taking vitamin d and you need k so the d gets to where you need it. Otherwise it may settle in your arteries.

My daughter suggested these because I've been getting bruises on my arms called Senile Purpura, which happens to elderly folks...especially those with fair skin. Although my research on the effectiveness of Vitamin K for this issue showed no proof it worked....it is working for me! The bruises are finally lightening and shrinking. Unfortunately, some darkening remains, so it is not a "cure-all".
